・The event will adhere to the BEYBLADE X regulations. The details of each tournament will follow their respective rules.
・Please note that the event content, location, and time are subject to change without notice.
・In case of natural disasters, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances on the event day, there may be changes or cancellations to the event content and schedule.
・Official YouTube filming will take place. Participants on stage and in the audience may be recorded and appear on YouTube and other media (including TV, newspapers, magazines, web, SNS, etc.). Please be aware of this in advance.
・The event venue may also be photographed or filmed by media for coverage. Post-tournament, these photos or videos may appear on TV, newspapers, magazines, web, etc. Please be aware of this in advance. Additionally, please avoid wearing clothing that might infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, honor, trust, likeness, privacy, etc. (including characters or manufacturer logos).
・Please refrain from excessive cheering that violates spectator etiquette, such as actions that defame, insult, or slander others.
・Finalist may be individually recorded for match/interview videos, which may later be published on SNS, web, etc.
・If participants or their companions violate the above notices or regulations, or engage in actions that obstruct the progress of the tournament, they may be disqualified from the event/tournament on the day, asked to leave, and prohibited from participating in future events/tournaments. Please be aware of this in advance.
